Founded by Meghna Pulacode, this site is a blog dedicated to empowering women and the underprivileged by addressing important issues such as career, lifestyle, and mental health through relatable content, videos, and interviews. While there are many organizations dedicated to similar causes, Venus Inspire aims to showcase the energy, strength, and power of women in today's society.
We desire to show little girls growing up that they can truly be anything they want to be in life. As a women of color, we, know what it is like to grow up in a different environment than their parents and wanting to make their mark on the world. Venus Inspire doesn't aim to profit, but instead to spread a message of love, health, and inspiration to women around the world.
Meghna Pulacode is a junior at UC San Diego majoring in Neurobiology and hopes to pursue a career in Medicine. She has a strong passion for community service and initiatives to utilize technology for the common good. She has volunteered for multiple organizations, like Pantry Packs, Hopelink, and Hopefest, and many others. As a part of her college, she also is a part of Student Government, Saltman Quarterly, a biology-dedicated paper, and TamashaSD, a student-run club dedicated to hosting indian dance competitions. In her free time, she likes to travel, cook, hang out with friends and family or just girl up to watch a movie.
Vasudha Harish is an incredibly ambitious graduate with a strong impulse to achieve something significant. She enjoys directing and managing others and has a passion for finance. She has a built-in sense of responsibility and a unique way of doing things. She has an innovative mind and understands that the best way to accomplish anything is to try new and unconventional techniques. She wants to mother a hundred kittens, and loves to sing and read.
